Make a Dream Endure
Founded in 2018, the Make a Dream Endure Organization (MaDE) shows youth the path to making their dreams reality by turning their talents, and their passions into successful careers as creative professionals. Through unique programming and workshops, we help youth develop their creative and technical skills while introducing them to the opportunities, and possibilities, found within various creative industries.
Our goal is to eliminate this stigma which haunts all creatives; the notion that you can not be successful as an artist. When in reality, creativity and art exists all around us, in every aspect of our lives; from the tools we use, the clothes we wear, the food we eat, the places where we work, live, play and so on. We’re determined to bring these highly specialized roles to the forefront, which are historically overlooked, and show just how many opportunities are actually available.
The abbreviation of our name carries meaning as well, both literally and figuratively. Literally, because our programs allow youth to create real work examples of which they can say “we made it”, and figuratively because once someone accomplishes their dreams and has a career they can say “I’ve made it”.
Dynamic project based learning that incorporates the latest technology and industry practices in a fun and educational way.
Youth will meet and learn from industry professionals, gain inside experience and create meaningful connections to prepare for a career as a creative professional.
Engaging workshops teach project structure according to industry standards while focusing on strategy, production, collaboration and professionalism.
